Chris has been in the real estate and construction industry for over 30 years helping 100’s of clients build, remodel or repair homes. He got his start at the age of 16 working for a roofing contractor after a storm hit his hometown. From there he went to work at a Home Improvement/Lumberyard during high school learning customer service, building materials, and systems. He found himself building and remodeling small projects for friends and family and has never looked back.

For the past 30 years since, he has been involved in building and remodeling 100’s of homes and commercial properties across the United States totaling over $100 million dollars. He is passionate about keeping his focus on the client needs and delivery superior quality in all he does. His success has been driven by delivering reliable, quality, and dependable service in everything he and the team does.

Chris is also a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker for almost two decades helping 100's of clients buy and sell their homes while using his expertise in construction to advise and guide them before, during and after the sale. This combination and experience has allowed Chris to advise and add value to both his construction and real estate clients. 

His real estate clients and investors also get the advantage of his construction experience when making decisions on buying or selling a home with realistic costs for improvements or repairs during the offer and inspection period and being there after closing to perform the work at prices already known during the process.
